Stage 3 Motorsports shipping and return info
Return Policy:
All items that are returned will need to be in new condition and in the original box. Stage 3 will not refund any payment for a part that has been installed. Stage 3 Motorsports will refund the payment, less actuall outgoing shipping cost. Parts can not be returned after 30 days. Customer is responsible for making sure the parts will work on their car before purchasing. Customer must call for return authorization for parts to be accepted. Parts that are returned in less than new condition will not be accepted by the shipping dept.
Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Parts that have been installed will not be able to be returned. Items labeled "Clearance" can only be returned for in store credit. If you have any questions about any of our policies please feel free to call us. Stage 3 Motorsports is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. All body parts must be pre-fitted before painting. Returns will not be accepted for any: Wheels that have been mounted, Diablosport tuners, SCT products, special order items(Superchargers, wheels,tires,long blocks, short blocks, crate engines). Item must be paid for in full within 5 days of closing. We do accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. If you place an order and the card is charged, there is a 5% cancellation fee for credit card processing. Any order cancellation must be done over the phone with a sales person. Shipping Policy:
At Stage 3 Motorsports shipping is free on everything we sell. Shipping to is not free to Alaska, HI and we do not ship to P.O Boxes. We try to list average time for each product to ship on our site. These are only estimates and not guaranteed. Any item that is on back order will ship asap, we do our best to call or email customer in these cases. Pre Painted parts usually take 4-6 days to ship out. We do ship to Canada but you need to contact us for a quote. Tax of 8.1% will be added to any orders shipped to Arizona.
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. The order will be processed and shipped. Once backordered items are available, any backordered items will ship. You will be notified of these changes to your order either by phone or email.
