Stage 3 Motorsports – Roush Cold Air Intake Installation Guide
This kit should include these parts:
• 7 Inch S&B Filter
• Black Heat Shroud
• 90mm Mass Housing
• Billet Mass Air Adapter
• 5 1/2 Inch Section of 4" Black Rubber Hose
• (2) 4 Inch Hose Clamps.
Step 1) Disconnect the battery
Step 2) Remove the factory cold air intake from your engine bay
Step 3) Remove the billet plate from the factory air box which covers the old mass air sensor hole
Step 4) Remove the mass air sensor from the roush inlet tube and install the billet plate you removed from the air box in step 3.
Step 5) Begin assembly of the Stage 3 cold air intake kit. Assemble the filter, shroud, billet adapter, and mass air housing as shown in the picture.
Step 6) With the stage 3 intake assembled place the cold air intake in the engine bay. Make sure the mounting tabs on the underside of the air box fit into the fenderwell in the factory location.
